I’ve used this firm several times. Always amazed at their professionalism as well as friendliness. I feel their prices are fair and I’m never getting up sold on things I don’t need.

Gets on job fast. Friendly service. Personnel well trained. Been working with them for 20+ years. If you need fast service, they usually can get on job immediately. Prices I think are competitive. Plumbers are not cheap is my experience.

What can I say? Adam Gallagher is the man! We had a fairly complex and risky pipe excavation that we were required to do by the county. The problem was that the pipe went through our easement on our neighbors lot. And our neighbor misunderstood his legal obligations about the easement and caused one heck of a temper tantrum. Adam was always the calm, cool professional and handled the unfortunate abuse and pressure from our neighbor during the process. With the town, arborists, and crazy neighbor watching, he went about his work, and successfully installed a new line near the roots of a redwood tree. Adam is as good of a technical plumber as he is a solid professional. He didn’t have to stay on the job because of obnoxious neighbors, but he did. And he saved the day!

Stan and his team are great to work with. I had a deadline for a lateral inspection and they found the problem and fixed it pronto. The are good people and know this type of work far better than most.

I was able to get a same day appointment on a saturday, with a much appreciated call 30 minutes prior. 2 of the nicest guys came out, unclogged the tub right away, even cleaned up the area before leaving.

The price was very reasonable, I would definitely call them again.

Our assessment was done by Stan and he is terrific. He really knows his business well and has great customer service skills. He was professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. He gave the Chamber full confidence about what Roto Rooter needed to do for us and explained things in a concise manner so we would understand exactly what needed to be done. Please know what excellent service we had today, Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Steve arrived early and was through with the job within an hour. He not only cleaned out our main, but replaced a part in our toilet, but throughout his visit, he was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. And, our appreciation goes out to Steve.
